I love 'A Separation': US actor Jake Gyllenhaal

Int’l film industry website IndieWire rounds up famed US actor Jake Gyllenhaal’s favorite flicks with Iran Oscar-winning ‘A Separation’ included.

 The notable entertainment trade outlet published a feature gathering the most likeable films to the actor, including Asghar Farhadi’s title which the actor lauded in a 2015 interview by saying, “I love ‘A Separation’”.   

The well-distinguished US actor who used kind words for Farhadi’s masterpiece has played impressive roles in ‘Jarhead’, ‘Brokeback Mountain’, ‘Zodiac’, and ‘Southpaw’.

Farhadi's most famous movie, ‘A Separation’, grabbed global recognition as the first Iranian movie to win an Oscar at the 84th Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film.
